How the KICK START works:

  • Sign up online now to secure your spot, we are only taking the first 50 people for this KICK START

  • Your initial weigh-in and measurements will be held on January 21st, 22nd & 23rd at Peak Fitness & Rehab (By Appointment)

  • The Balanced Habits KICK START officially begins on January 25th, 2019.  All participants will come to Peak Fitness & Rehab at 19 Old Kings Rd North, Suite C-107, Palm Coast, for the orientation at 6:00pm

  • All weekly weigh-ins will take place at Peak Fitness & Rehab

  • Final weigh-in and measurements will take place on Friday, February 22nd.

 

Who is the KICK START for:

All Flagler County women and men from 18-80 (and teens aged 15-17 with parental permission) who want to lose weight quickly, safely and permanently, by following a proven 28-Day exercise and nutrition program.

Your KICK START includes:

  • Initial Evaluation to develop YOUR plan to get you MAXIMUM results – This is where we’ll measure your starting point and develop your plan to get you maximum results.

  • Mandatory Kick-Off Meeting to learn exactly how to start the KICK START – You will receive YOUR KICK START packet at this meeting, as well as all your directions and information.  You’ll learn exactly how to start the Kick Start and be on your way to better results faster than ever, and will be fired up with fresh focus!!

  • Weekly family friendly menus with custom-to-you portion sizes – This is done weekly and tailored to YOU and YOUR goals, you will be given new recipes, menus and grocery lists each week during the challenge.

  • Real recipes using real food every week, plus grocery lists to make planning and shopping easy!!

  • Weekly Cardio/Strength Training recommendations – This is solely a recommendation from our team to help you achieve your MAXIMUM results.

  • Free weekly circuit classes, to help support one another. 

  • Weekly assessments to keep you on track – Our team will review your food journal and weigh you.  Each week you will receive new recipes, new individual menus and a new grocery list.

  • Final evaluation/Long Term success plan – See how well you did during the KICK START and let us help you develop a plan to build on the momentum you have created to make this YOUR healthiest year.
