Classes

Peak Performance:  

A fun and exciting way to burn tons of calories in a small group setting using strength training, cardiovascular bursts, core conditioning, and flexibility.  This is a fun and invigorating class based on the Tabata principle, also known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  The class utilizes various pieces of equipment such as TRX Suspension Trainers, Kettle Bells, Ropes, free weights, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls, body weight, etc…  This class will keep your heart pumping, increase your cardiovascular endurance, increase your strength, burn calories and keep your metabolism burning longer helping you to decrease your weight. 

Golf Fitness for the Ladies:  

This small group class focuses on increasing your mobility, improving your stability,  increasing your power and core strength thereby enhancing your ability to play golf with decreased aches/pains and giving you the ability to increase your driving distance.  This class is based on the science/research that the Titleist Performance Institute has looked at over the past 15 years for the betterment of the golfer.

 Stretch/Mobility:

This small group class consists of utilizing foam rollers and stretches, both static and dynamic, to help improve the mobility of your body.  Foam rollers assist in reducing trigger points in your myofascial meridians thereby allowing for greater mobility and flexibility along the muscular chain. This class will help to improve your flexibility/mobility as well as decrease your daily aches and pains.

Pilates Reformer:  

The Pilates Reformer class uses our state of the art Balanced Body Pilates Reformer Tower of Power apparatuses.   We provide traditional reformer classes as well as combination classes where we utilize the Cadillac features of our units to provide you with endless opportunities for a great Pilates workout. This class will improve your flexibility, strength, core strength and posture providing you with a new sense of body awareness.  Our classes are fun yet focused on quality of movement. The prerequisite for this class is that the participant must have 4 private/semi-private equipment based Pilates sessions prior to starting or documented Pilates apparatus experience.

Fit 4 Parkinsons:

Our FIT 4 Parkinsons class is a unique and small class that focuses on balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and agility. All of these aspects are required to maintain the overall mobility of an individual with Parkinsons’ Disease to assist them with having the highest quality of life. Our class is fun and promotes camaraderie amongst everyone that participates.
