Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapy services are unique and are offered on a fee-for-service basis. We utilize a holistic approach focusing on improving the body as a whole incorporating Pilates, flexibility, strength training, and manual techniques to facilitate normalized movement patterns. We treat a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to: stroke, brain injury (acquired or traumatic), spinal cord injury, other neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and more. Populations include pediatric, adult, and geriatric. Our sessions are generally 50 minutes one to one, and we also offer 25 minute express sessions.

Conditions Physical Therapy Improve:

  • Low Back Pain- There are numerous causes of low back pain, we can help determine the cause and develop a plan with your goals in mind.
  • SI Pain- Often times we hear clients complain of low back pain when in fact it’s sacro-iliac pain. This is often improved in just a few sessions and does well with strength training.
  • Total Knee replacements- Achieving as much range of motion is generally the main goal after having a knee replacement, but what if you want to return to your sport? This is where we can help you get back on track and on the course, court, or whatever your sport of choice is your passion.
  • Total Hip replacements- Strength, balance, and overall mobility are important after this joint replacement. Even if you utilize a more traditional PT route after surgery, we can help take you to the next level and get you back to doing what you love most.
  • Shoulder pain- Many of our clients suffer with shoulder pain for a variety of reasons which inhibit their ability to play golf, tennis, etc. Let us help you strengthen and mobilize your shoulder so you can keep doing what you love.
